Walter Lighting & Grip Inc. ships across Canada from our Montreal, Quebec warehouse. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination, package size/weight, and the items in your order.

Where We Ship

  • Canada-wide shipping is available.

  • Local pickup may be available from our Montreal warehouse (when offered at checkout).

Processing Time

  • In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

  • If an item is backordered or requires special sourcing, we’ll contact you with an estimated ship date.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout whenever possible.

  • If an order requires freight, oversized handling, or special delivery arrangements, we may contact you with a shipping quote for approval before shipping.

Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery timelines depend on your location and carrier service levels. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout (when available) are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Freight, Oversized, and Special Handling

Some items (or multi-item orders) may:

  • Ship by freight

  • Require liftgate service

  • Require special packaging/handling

If special handling is required, we’ll confirm details and any additional costs with you before shipment.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, we’ll email you tracking information once your order ships.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to re-ship the order.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the box and the item(s) immediately.

  2. Keep all packaging materials.

  3. Contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate.

Returns Related to Shipping

If you refuse delivery or return an order due to shipping costs, delivery delays, or address issues, return shipping and any associated carrier fees may be deducted from your refund.
